Trapped by S.A. Bodeen - ADVISABLE

Bodeen, S. A. Trapped (Shipwreck Island #3), 150 pages. Feiwel and Friends (Macmillan).  2016. $16.99.  Language: G; Mature Content: G; Violence: G

Sarah and her family, including her father, her stepmother and her two step brothers are stranded on a tropical island. One of her step brothers and her father have been captured by a strange boy, maybe an alien, and kept prisoners. The strange boy calls himself calls himself “The Curator” and claims to be from another planet. He expresses the need to go home with his spaceship. However, before The Curator can return home, he needs to recover a valuable treasure. Someone else is trying to get the treasure also. Can Sarah trust The Curator and save her family?

This is the third installment in the “Shipwreck Island” series. If you have read the other two books, this one is a must-read, and I thought, better than book two (Lost.) This is good for younger readers and I recommend this one.
