Dean Seaborne has always lived with pirates. And not just
any pirates, but on the ship of One Eyed Jack, the Pirate King
himself. For years he has been Jack’s spy,
but when he once tries to escape, he is captured and forced to do something
impossible in order to save his life – Jack has challenged him to find the
fabled land island of Zenhala, where gold grows on trees. Interestingly, finding Zenhala is not the problem
for Dean – it’s reminding himself that he really is not their long lost prince,
it’s not falling under the peaceful spell of the beauty of the island and its
future queen that is the problem.
Even after Pirates of the Caribbean, swashbuckling books are
not very popular at my school. Which is
too bad, because I kind of like Dean and cocky attitude, because his heart is
really good.
