Sid is a little worried because even though he is just a kid, his dog Murphy adores him and worships him like a king. Sid is worried that if Murphy ever found out that Sid isn’t all knowing, that Murphy might not love him any more.
The pictures are delightful and I love that the rhymes are rarely on the same page, so they come as a surprise most of the time. I don’t really relate to the sentiment, so I will have to try this one out on a small friend with a dog.
