Boof is a bear who likes to collect things and give them names and
faces. He finds a pretty read leaf and
it becomes his best friend until one day when the wind blows the leaf
away. While looking for his leaf he comes
across a porcupine named Pine who helps Boof look for his friend the leaf. Boof and Pine become friends as they go through
many adventures looking for the leaf and Boof realizes what a true friend is
like.
This is a cute story with
endearing characters. I liked the illustrations
except for Boof, he is just blah looking and the other illustrations in the book
are adorable. If you are looking for a
friendship themed picture book this is a good pick.
